Exchanges will be accepted in the following cases:
1. You ordered a size that does not fit.
2. You received a damaged item- please send pictures to be verified
3. You received the wrong item/s- please send pictures to be verified
Refunds will ONLY be accepted in the following cases:
1. You received the wrong item/s- please send pictures to be verified
2. You received a damaged item/s- please send pictures to be verified AND the item is no longer instock in the size/color originally ordered.
3. You received an incomplete order or you did not receive your order at all
Accessories cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: Any items sold as FLASH SALE, SALE, END OF SEASON SALE, or FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchange.
Goods discounted more than 50% are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

You must receive authorization from CCFTW customer service prior to returning the order. Unauthorized returns, returns sent back without requested information, and returns received 15 or more days past the date of delivery confirmation will not be accepted. These items will be donated to our favorite local charity.
Any returned merchandise must be received back to Cowtown Couture within TEN (10) days from the date of original delivery confirmation.
The item being returned must be in its original condition (unwashed, unworn, un-altered with hang tags attached if applicable, no smells/odors (perfume, oils, cigarette, deodorant, detergent), no stains (make-up or deodorant marks), and free of pet/human hair. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless you received the wrong item or a damaged item. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.**We suggest you send your exchanges via a trackable shipping method.**
Exchanges will be shipped back at a $1 charge per itemcharged to your Comment Sold account.
If there is an issue with your order, Please do not hesitate to contact us via E-mail: (CCFTWservice@gmail.com), within 7 days of order receipt.
All exchanges are handled within seven (7) business days of receipt at our headquarters.
**Please note that if the item was a gift, we will be unable to issue a refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order even if the item is damaged. You may request an exchange for a different size or color (item must be instock in size/color requested) by indicating that the item was a gift. Please be sure to include your name, address, and phone number as well as the name and address of the person who placed the order.
**If the delivery courier cannot deliver your item due to the shipping address you provided is incorrect, please contact your local postal service to re-route the package. If the package has been returned to sender(Cowtown Couture FTW), we are happy to re-ship the items again to the correct address or offer store credit.
**If you have entered the incorrect delivery address, and you do not receive your item, you cannot be refunded or receive a store credit.
**All order cancellations must be done within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cowtown Couture FTW has made every effort to display the color of our products as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on the device that you use to access Facebook, Instagram, the Cowtown Couture FTW app, or our website; we cannot warrant that your device’s display of any color will be accurate.
We are also sure that you will understand that there may be slight color variance in certain products, but we will endeavor to send you a product that is in a similar color range to the one shown...some of our products are as unique as you are.
